Elk Creek Landing

Elk Creek Landing is a residential community that is a mix of full and part-time

residents, as well as STRs—many owned by future full-time residents. As a relatively

new and growing community, residents join together to help maintain and clean our

marina and grounds while still finding time to enjoy boating, kayaking, and hanging out

at the community firepit. Neighbors have the opportunity to form and deepen friendships

at our annual community-wide Halloween and St. Patrick’s Day parties. Our annual

Holiday Lights competition, judged by a local scout troop, is getting increasingly

competitive. Each week, we have a team that competes, and often wins, at Coyote

Hole’s weekly Trivia contest. Elk Creek Landing is a wonderful neighborhood to live,

play and relax all year long.
