Lake Anna Chef Micro Bakery

Lake Anna Chef is a family-run micro bakery located near Lake Anna in Mineral, Virginia, created by husband-and-wife team Daniel and Scarlett Medina. Daniel, the chef behind the bread, focuses on naturally fermented sourdough loaves, artisan breads, cinnamon rolls and those croissants (that everyone loves) made in small batches with a commitment to flavor, quality ingredients, and consistency. Along with our sourdough breads, we offer a rotating selection of pastries, cookies, scones, brownies, granola, cupcakes, cake pops, muffins, and seasonal baked goods. Everything is made fresh and in small batches with care and attention to detail. You’ll find Lake Anna Chef at our roadside bakery stand on Johnson Rd ( Rt 700) Thursdays and Fridays, at the Mineral Farmer's Market on Saturdays, and occasionally at community events around Lake Anna. We love getting to know our neighbors and visitors who stop by for their weekly treats. At the end of the day, our goal is simple: bake great food, serve our community well, and create something that brings people together.
